1. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


2. Return Instructions

If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.


3. Eligibility & Hygiene Rules (Important for Cosmetics)

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals and hygiene stickers intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetics or personal care products, unless the item is faulty.


4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and personal care items
  • Hair extensions, wigs, and other personal accessories
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nscosmetics.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


6. Returns Process & Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved:

  1. You will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a return label
  2. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  3. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@nscosmetics.co.uk.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by NSCosmetics
  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is not returned in its original condition
  • Parts, packaging, or accessories are missing

Any deductions will be communicated to you before the refund is processed.
