1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the eligibility criteria below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- With all seals and hygiene stickers intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions (Important)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Skincare products
- Hair care products
- Makeup items
- Personal care items
Once a hygiene seal has been broken, the item becomes non-returnable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless faulty:
- Opened or used cosmetics or personal care products
- Hair extensions, wigs, and personal accessories
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at returns@nscosmetics.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Order number (e.g. NSC-XXXX)
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Please do not send items back without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.
5. Return Approval & Instructions
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label
- Items must be returned within the timeframe provided in the instructions
Returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by NSCosmetics
- Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

- Clear photos of the item
