1. Where We Deliver
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including mainland UK.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If international delivery becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Order processing includes picking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same business day
- Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Options & Carriers
We use reliable UK courier services to ensure safe delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout and may include:
Standard Delivery (Tracked)

- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery (Next-Day / Tracked 24)
- Faster delivery for urgent orders
- Estimated delivery: next business day after dispatch
- Available for an additional charge, shown at checkout
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Delivery is available on orders over £30
- Standard Delivery Fee applies to orders under £30 and will be shown at checkout
- Express Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected service
All delivery charges are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are calculated as:
Order processing time + carrier transit time
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 1 business day after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.
If a signature is required and no one is available, the courier will provide instructions for re-delivery or collection.
7. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Parcels
If your delivery is delayed:

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order number

Under UK consumer regulations, if delivery does not take place within the agreed timeframe (or within 15 days when no timeframe was specified), you have the right to cancel the order and request a refund.
8. Restricted or Signature-Required Items

- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request
